At KJ Dahlen Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-inspired merchandise. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached before placing it back in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
